We begin by receiving a comprehensive set of CAD drawings from our clients. These drawings provide a detailed blueprint of the project, outlining all architectural and structural elements. Our team reviews these drawings to ensure all necessary information is included before they are loaded into our advanced panelization software.

Our state-of-the-art robots take over from here. They read the robotic instructions and, utilizing advanced AI, determine the optimal building sequence. This AI-driven process ensures precision and efficiency, as the robots strategically plan the order of operations to maximize productivity and minimize errors.

Home Assembly

Upon completion of the panel construction, each panel undergoes a thorough quality assurance inspection. This inspection verifies that all panels meet our rigorous quality standards and adhere to the project specifications. Any discrepancies are addressed before the panels leave our facility.

Before shipping to the site, the panels are assembled into larger sections to simulate the final structure. This assembly process ensures that all components fit together perfectly and allows for any final adjustments to be made. This step also includes a final review of all connections and fittings to guarantee the integrity and safety of the structure.
